✦ If payment is NOT made within 48 hours without holds or payment plans, the adopt goes to the next highest bidder or will go back up for sale

RESELLING

PAYMENT

✦ 50% of payment is due at the start, and the other half is due once the sketch is approvedFor Live2D Models
✦ 50% of payment is due after the PSD file is approved, and the other half is due before I send the completed model.
✦ Once I start the commission, I won’t refund you the full amount if requested.
✦ Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission
Revisions
✦ Only five minor revisions are allowed
✦ Revisions will not be made once the full resolution artwork has been sent (Live2D models are an exception)
Copyright and ReproductionThe artist reserves the right to:
✦ Reject a commission request
✦ Include the work in porfolios, profiles, etc
✦ Modify, edit, repurpose the commissioned piece for the above reasons
✦ Claim the commissioned piece as their own work

PROCEDURE
1) Please read all of the T.O.S
2) Send a DM or email with your commission request
3) If approved, I will send an invoice.
---For illustrations, half payment is required upfront
---For Live2D Models, half payment is required after PSD file is approved
4) Once the sketch/model is approved, full payment is required
5) I will send you the unwatermarked full resolution file(s)/model once complete.
I will send WIPs for approval as I work on your commission, and you are free to ask for progress updates. If you need anything changed or added, please let me know as soon as possible.
My commissioned artworks are only to be used for PERSONAL USE, with the exception of streaming on Twitch/YouTube. Re-selling or using my works for NFTs, Cryptocurreny, or usage in AI art is strictly forbidden.By commissioning me, you accept the terms listed above.
